Our product is offered in a bundle; there will be no rebate or discount of any kind. You could however take this opportunity to buy another year for your existing domain name by transferring your domain name to us. To find out how to do that, please email sales@zippywebdesign.com.
What kind of specifications does your bundled hosting provide?
Each website design package comes with the following hosting specifications:
- 250mb diskspace
- unlimited email accounts
- Web-based email interface
- Wide bandwidth pipe (our server is fast!)
Our servers are located in Singapore, riding on the national broadband connectivity backbone. The datacenter in which our servers are housed is managed by Singtel, Asia's leading telecommunications company.
How do I know if the images offered by Zippy Webdesign suits my needs?
Each website design package comes with 5 high-quality stock images for use in the designing of your website. Once you purchase the package, a set of username and password will be issued to you for access into our stock image bank, where you can browse and select the 5 images that you deem most appropriate for your website.
As all the stock images we carry are licensed from a premier image bank, we believe you are bound to find images that suit your exacting needs.
What materials must I provide you to start the website design process?
The design process will not start until ALL the following materials have been provided:
- Finalised content for all the pages in the website in MS Word Format
- Product pictures and images to be placed in the relevant pages
Please ensure the completeness and finality of your content before sending to us. Otherwise, the delivery time may be delayed and changes to the content after we have started building the site could result in additional charges.
